Our Production Process
We’ve been producing professional commercial video content for 15 years and have filmed in over 45 countries around the world.
During that time, we have refined our production process into an efficient, relaxed and professional customer experience.
We’re very transparent about the process timeline so you know exactly what to expect from the moment we are commissioned.
First, we’ll research your company, products, services and brand including a briefing call to get a clear understanding of what you do and what your potential employees need to hear.
We’ll help you identify the ideal staff to approach for testimonials and, once introduced, we take care of the whole process.
1 / Pre-Production
Often the interviewees will be reluctant or nervous. We do everything we can to put their mind at ease and guide them through the process.
We prepare remote interviewees to optimise the camera, lighting and audio to capture the best possible quality.
When filming on-site our crew will capture high quality footage using the very latest equipment and techniques.
2 / Production
After the shoot we’ll work with you to refine the content into the various agreed edits. We’ll use the interview footage, covering broll, brand graphics and we’ll add a licensed music bed.
You and your team will have multiple opportunities to tweak the edits until they’re ready for delivery.
Often these include different lengths, formats and shapes to be used in various stages of your recruitment journey.
