Then we’ll schedule an initial onboarding call that can include all relevant stakeholders to discover all we need to begin the content creation process.
You can record anyone in your company but we will discuss who might be best placed to be your thought leader during the initial onboarding call.
We don’t mind you alternating or changing the thought leader over time giving more colleagues visibility and showcase the knowledge across your staff.
You don’t need to buy any specialist video equipment but, depending on the individual interviewee’s setup, we might recommend a small investment in a better microphone.
We often use smartphones for the remote capture as they can provide exception video and audio quality and everyone already has one!
When you sign-up to our service you will commit to a monthly content production cycle. You are only tied in to the payment duration you have chosen.
If you are paying monthly you can stop any time with one month’s notice.
Discounts are available for quarterly and annual billing and you can stop after the end of either of those billing cycles.
For most of our service levels and all monthly options we require easy payment by credit or debit card.
On some quarterly or annual options we can optionally accept payment by bank transfer.
Unfortunately, we can’t initiate our services until full payment has been received.
