Our services are provided on a subscription or project basis as outlined in your specific service agreement. All plans run on monthly recording and delivery cycles unless otherwise specified. Service terms, deliverables, and pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
You agree to:

Cooperate with our team during the production process
Use our services only for lawful purposes
Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services or systems

Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your agreement
All fees are in the currency specified in your invoice
Late payments may result in service suspension

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide to us, including interview footage, brand materials, and other assets. You grant us a license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the final video content we produce for you as specified in your service agreement. We retain the right to use excerpts for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Our Property: All intellectual property in our website, processes, methodologies, and branding remains our exclusive property.
You are responsible for:
Securing necessary permissions and releases from any individuals appearing in your videos
Ensuring you have the right to use any materials you provide to us
Making yourself or your team available for scheduled recording sessions
Providing timely feedback during the production process
Following our technical setup guidance for remote recordings
For subscription services, you may cancel at any time with notice as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of these terms, or other valid reasons. Any work completed prior to termination will be billed accordingly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question
We are not responsible for third-party platform performance (LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, etc.)
You warrant that:
You have the authority to enter into this agreement
All information and materials you provide are accurate and lawful
You have obtained all necessary permissions for content you provide
Your use of our services will not violate any laws or third-party rights
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Human Video from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Human Video operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
